Welcome! I’m Richard Peterson, a retired factory worker and lifelong student of the Bible, passionate about sharing the transformative power of Scripture.

Born in 1954 as the middle child in a family of 11, I was raised in a loving, hardworking home. My father, a proud Danish journeyman plumber, and my mother, a strong woman with Scottish-Irish roots, instilled in me the values of resilience and faith. My spiritual journey began in the Free Methodist Church, but even as a young boy, I questioned traditional beliefs and practices.

At 18, inspired by the challenge to “prove all things” through Scripture, I began a deeper study of God’s Word. This led to my baptism in 1974 and a lifelong dedication to following the teachings of Sabbath and Holy Day observing Churches of God.

Recently, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening regarding the name of God in Scripture—YEHOVAH. This revelation inspired me to write my book, The Malachi Matrix, and establish Elijah Day of the LORD Ministries. My wife and I are devoted to sharing the message of reconciliation with God the Father and proclaiming Yeshua (Jesus), the promised Messiah and Son of God, who carried this very message.
